Seafood Carbonara modified to Asian Taste

My home made Carbonara become my sis' fav.. Even da several time makan pun, x reti2 jugak dia buat sendiri.. Tau makan kepala udang je si Tikah tu.. Da lame da nak share resepi ni tp asyk sibuk je lately.. Now got some time to write, will share this resepi specially dedicate to Atiqah Razali. Hope one day dapatla makan Carbonara yang dia buat...

Bahan Bahan

-1 biji bawang kuning, 5 biji cili hijau (blend together)

-1 biji kentang (blend)

-1 tin button mushroom

-1 packet fresh button mushroom

-15 ekor udang XXL (klu beli udang kat TESCO)

-1 tin ready made Prego Cabonara Sauce. 

- Daun oregano

-Parmesan cheese

-Any type of pasta

Chara Membuatnya

* Siang Udang, (just buang janggut n duri je), cuci n rebus dgn air yang sedikit.

  Air rebusan udang jgn buang, ambil udang je kupas kulit n buang kepala.

  Nak sedap lagi, kulit n kepala udang tu bley blend n tapis, ambil air as prawn stock. 

  Klu x nak blend kepala udang tu boleh bagi Tikah makan.

* Blend bawang dgn cili, pastu tumis dgn mrnggunakan minyak yang sedikit je sampai wangi.

* Masukkan all da button mushromm, kacau2 kacau2 sampai layu mushroom2 tu.

* Masukkan udang, air rebusan udang, stock udang dan Kentang yg telah diblend. kacau sampai mendidih.

* Finally boleh masukkan Prego Carbonara sauce, kacau n tutup api.

* Very easy. Its done. Ready dihidangka dgn daun oregano dan Parmesan cheese, bersama2 pasta yang telah   

  direbus sampai masak. 

 (Klu guna pasta yg mcm screw ni, jgn pulak terlebih rebus sampai jadi mcm kuew teow..pesanan dari Atiqah

Bunga Telur -Bunga tissue

Still can recall da first time i've made Bunga Telur was 16years ago, helping my mom prepare it for my sister's wedding.. long long time ago...at that time i was only 10 or 11 years old.

Last week, i've found something interesting on website, it was regarding "Tissue Paper Flower"
mmg channteekkk!!!!! sgt, mcm2 boleh buat.. Since i have upcoming wedding event to decorate, apalagi,. mencurah2 idea datang.

Today, one of my friend ask me to make research regarding Bunga Telur, terus teringat i've seen before Bunga Telur made from "Tissue Paper Flower" .. y dont i try to make it.

Canti tak ..cantik tak...

Really like it coz it looks different from Bunga2 telur yang dah muak tengok..

Inilah hasilnya bunga pahar, mmg awesome.

I also applied this Tissue Flower for my Hantaran design, The result for me is superb awesome

Da Complete Arrangement for My Sister Wedding - Sept2009

This is first baby of my task as wedding planner..Di samping jadi Interior designer, jadi wedding planner pun best gak..Plan big event,dr kad kawin yg kecik smpai ke pelamin yg besar, mmg enjoy dan memenatkan. I really keep control on colour theme of this event YELLOW+WHITE+SILVER, and also try to keep everyting standard, susah jugak nak melaksanakannya coz this event berlangsung di kampung saya di PARIT BUNTAR, PERAK. All da preparation i did in KL, it takes almost 3month for the preparation. Thanks to crew2 yg membantu. Pengantin yg mengeluarkan duit,family yg menjayakan event, photographer (bejahnz@gmail.com) & my uncle, who did great jobs, n sedara mara yg dtg menolong. When i did smetng i like n it works very well, I really enjoy it! Feel this wedding picture....

- Hand-made wedding card, looks exclusive but the cost, murah je.. 
It is all to do with kerajinan + idea + ketekunan only
- Plain Candle yang dihias sendiri, for special guest, still under bujet yang murah
- 4pieces of Sagon Bakar in a cute container for all guests replacing telur rebus, 
creat something different coz i always like diffrent than others.
- Bekas tembaga diterbangkan from Saudi Arabia for my relatives reflect my sister working there

Last minute touch on Meja Santapan, lauk pauk cooked by caterer  but dihiasi oleh my aunty2 yang creative, Only added beberapa accessories to make it like a good table setting.

Last minute baru teringat buat Bunga Tangan untuk pengantin. Lucky still got plenty extra flower, 
i wana did something different but no time anymore, end up with simple one

This is what i like about Kampung, where u can easily pick up all the fresh stuff around u and creat  very nice Deco. Batang Bunga Kantan + Bunga Kantan + Daisy + Daun Pandan + Daun Sukun in abig pot, menggantikan gerbang yang dah biasa sangat dilihat di mana2 wedding. See..i always like different from others

Finally, majlis berlangsung dengan meriahnya, and i am very satisfied with my TOUCH.
