Ikan rebus * Simple yet tasty

On my way back from office, dekat Tanjung Bungah area, ada uncle jual fresh fish every evening.
Ikan2 dia, mmg fresh from laut. Sometimes ad ketam and udang jugak dijual. My catch for today is 
ikan bawal 2 ekor. A bit pricy for one people eating but i love fresh fish..Nyummy. 

First in mind, nak buat sweet and sour. Sampai rumah, change mind x nak makan ikan yang digoreng.  
So, tukar plan kita rebus je, but in a special way...

First step, prepare bahan2 asas masakan. Cuci ikan bersih2, Bawang, hiris2, Cili, Bawang putih dicincang, Tomato nak bagi masam sikit. Serai ketuk dengan lesung batu bagi pecah serai tu, then daun ketumbar bagi bau sedap.


Second step, Letak minyak sikit je, tumis semua bahan yang disediakan tadi.


Bila da naik bau, masuk secawan air


Masukkan ikan, tomato dan garam secukup rasa.


Tunggu sampai mendidih. Jangan bagi didih lama sangat nanti ikan lembik sgt.
