Sejak2 tikah tinggal dgn aku ni, asyik masak ja hari2.. breakfast ready, lunch ready, siap bawak bekal pi office lagi.. balik rumah, masak lagi.. since last week selera more to western food ja.. Ada orang makan, baru la best memasak. Kalu masak then makan sorang2, bosan la..selalu terlebih masak pulak tu,.rugi.mmg x pandaila masak in a very small portion. Selalu nampak macam x cukup. Tamak jugak tu sebenarnya.. This Salad Sedap was made last Sunday for my breakfast, n also sempat jamu my friends yang datang untuk projek menjahit kitorang..
Actually the taste was really good, after added NESTLÉ FITNESSE honey and almond,,and added many many many many almond.. En. Tony ask for recipe when i upload this photo at facebook.
En. Tony, salin la this recipe n mesti buat tau.. dont take da recipe kalau sekadar nak buat pekasam je eh..
Bahan-Bahan
-Salad Bulat macam Tony, (can use any type of salad also, i used this type of salad coz its crunchy)
-Cherry Tomato
-Anggur, time shopping kat Mydin ritu jupe sejenis anggur yang sangat kecil, n da taste really nice.x pyh
potong2, bley masukkan sebiji2 terus.
-Capsicum dihiris hiris
-Yougart plain or flavored one, ikut selera anda lah ye.
-Almond yang dah siap digoreng / dibakar
-Thousand island. Seperti komen my sister di facebook, "salad dressing tu not good. kalau nak diet makan dengan olive oil
and balsamic vinegarje...." so jangan taruh banyak2 k..thats y i guna yougart to meke it taste good, without so
many thousand island
-NESTLÉ FITNESSE honey and almond
Chara2 Membuatnya..
-Basuh mana2 yang pelu dibasuh, salad mesti keringkan.
-Potong mana2 yang perlu dipotong, dont cut too small, this is not for making kerabu
-Salad, Cherry Tomato, Capsicum, Anggur, n yougart, gaul toghether2.. bila dah serata, masukkan dalam
mangkuk, then tabur almond, NESTLÉ FITNESSE honey and almond. Last skali baru masukkan thousand
island.
